In »Super HxEros« steht die Welt nach einer Invasion der Libido verzehrenden Monster namens Kiseichuu am Rande einer Katastrophe. Die Kiseichuu rauben ihren Opfern ihre erotische Kraft und somit ihren Lebenswillen. Doch tapfere Helden widersetzen sich den Monstern mit Hilfe eines Geräts, mit dem sie ihnen die Kraft von Ecchi und Erotik entgegensetzen können. Die beiden Kindheitsfreunde Retto Enjou und Kirara Hoshino besiegen eines Tages eines dieser Monster, das sich zur Weiterentwicklung von der sexuellen Energie der Menschen ernährt. Retto und Kirara entschließen sich danach, der Organisation HxEros beizutreten, die sich der Bekämpfung der Kiseichuu verschrieben hat. Gemeinsam mit vier hübschen Schülerinnen stellt sich Retto somit dem Kampf gegen die Monsterinvasion.
